lyrics

Every day is like breaking the ice again
Every day is like rolling the dice again
If there's one thing I've learned about you
It's that you can't base the forecast on the recent past
If you don't like it, give it 15 minutes to change

Look through the window
Check out that weathervane
Which way is it blowing
What does the future bring

Is it "hey baby - let's go" or "oh no - here it comes again"

Look through the window
Check out that weathervane
Which way is it blowing
What does the future bring

Woke up again this morning
With the words still unspoken
Wondering if there'll be a chill in the air
That goes so well with your cold stare
Or will there be a nice warm breeze saying "please, please me"
Am I trying to get through to you?
Or am I trying to be through with you?
Sometimes it's hard to tell them apart...

Look through the window
Check out that weathervane
Which way is it blowing
What does the future bring

Is it "hey baby - let's go" or "oh no - here it comes again"

Look through the window
Check out that weathervane
Which way is it blowing
What does the future bring

Clouds are forming on the horizon
No surprise in that anymore
She's starting something just to get a reaction
it's no wonder there's no satisfaction

Every day is like breaking the ice again
Every day is like rolling the dice again
If there's one thing I've learned about you
It's that you can't base the forecast on the recent past
If you don't like it, give it 15 minutes to change

Look through the window
Check out that weathervane
Which way is it blowing
What does the future bring

Is it "hey baby - let's go" or "oh no - here it comes again"

Look through the window
Check out that weathervane
Which way is it blowing
What does the future bring

I think I've had enough
I've had enough of you
Gonna go away to where there's lots of sun and sand

Life with you has made me a hell of a weather man
I know where the wind is blowing
I can feel it where I stand
